Field Service Engineer 1 - Remote

Overview

The Field Engineer I performs on time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft products.
• Ability to work after hours or on-call as necessary.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must comply with background checks and customer access policies.
• Physical ability to perform job functions including lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Good hand and finger dexterity required.
• Vision abilities including color and depth perception.
• Willingness to obtain required immunizations.
• Compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
