Overview

The Field Service Engineer 1 is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and assisting experienced engineers in troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment, while ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft products.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends for critical issues.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Compliance with background checks and customer access policies.
