Overview

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment and driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence in Las Vegas and Southern Utah.

In Short

  • Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair of equipment.
  • Completes Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction.
  • Maintains customer service logs and internal service records.
  • Communicates with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintains tools and test equipment, ensuring they are calibrated.
  • Manages vendor service delivery processes in compliance with policies.
  • Participates in sales opportunities and promotes revenue programs.
  • Works as part of a local team for efficient service delivery.
  • May include training clinical staff on designated equipment.
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience servicing electronic equipment.
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and build relationships.
  • Six Sigma training/certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work productively under pressure.
  • Strong customer focus and satisfaction orientation.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
