Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing and repairing track equipment at various locations, ensuring functionality and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Install and repair track equipment at local and remote sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Rebuild component modules and assist with system start-up.
• Travel up to 70% of the time for installations and inspections.
• Keep up-to-date with engineering changes in the industry.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of related equipment.
• Minimum of a 2-year electronics technical school diploma.
• Ability to read and follow electrical and fluid diagrams.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to perform under stress in a high production atmosphere.
• Good judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work in confined areas and prolonged positions.
• Maintain an up-to-date passport for travel.
• Willingness to perform other assigned duties.
• Team player with a cooperative attitude.
