Overview

The Field Service Engineer at Revvity will work hands-on with Life Science and Diagnostic instruments, primarily focusing on Reproductive Health systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.

• Perform field service and maintenance for Life Science/Diagnostics instruments.
• Provide first-line onsite user training for customers.
• Organise routine maintenance and manage service documentation.
• Ensure compliance with performance targets and quality management standards.
• Maintain inventory records and manage personal service spares.
• Report and resolve service anomalies effectively.
• Complete work orders and documentation promptly.
• Participate in e-learning and timely submission of expense claims.
• Travel as required for service provision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment, ideally with Diagnostic and Life Science instruments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel and possess a full driving license.
