Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in their assigned territory, ensuring service agreements and customer expectations are met.

• Install and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities and system inspections.
• Coordinate hardware delivery and installation.
• Complete administrative duties related to service activities.
• Support sales teams and provide customer training.
• Mentor junior Field Service Engineers.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Travel up to 50-70% as required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in local language and English.
• Technical knowledge of Intuitive Surgical products.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and record-keeping abilities.
• Knowledge of Operating Room protocol preferred.
• Teaching and presentation skills.
• Track record of solid customer relationships.
• Ability to travel extensively.
