Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to ensure first-class service delivery to both internal and external customers while seeking revenue opportunities.

In Short

• Service and repair Volvo construction equipment.
• Identify mechanical problems using technical knowledge.
• Seek additional service revenue opportunities.
• Work in line with quotations and time guides.
• Ensure software updates are installed as released.
• Complete electronic reports and timesheets in real time.
• Order parts as necessary and return them clean.
• Work overtime and honor call-out requests.
