Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer will lead and execute installations and validations of cutting-edge Sievers analyzers, conduct maintenance and calibration at customer sites, and provide expert technical support while managing customer relations.

• Full-time position with remote work flexibility
• 40 hours per week with up to 80% travel within Switzerland
• Lead installations and validations of Sievers analyzers
• Perform maintenance and calibration at customer sites
• Provide technical support and training to new team members
• Manage technical documentation and customer interactions
• Conduct repairs and on-call duty for urgent requests
• Work involves a mix of fieldwork and administrative tasks
• Requires valid Swiss work permit and driving license
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory

Requirements

• Engineering, chemistry, or laboratory background
• Experience with TOC analyzers
• Laboratory equipment troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English and French
• Valid Swiss work permit
• Valid driving license (B)
• Preferred: German language skills
• Preferred: Leadership experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
• Preferred: Salesforce proficiency
