Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Engineer at Agilent, you will support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of systems solutions, enhancing the quality of life through scientific discoveries.

In Short

• Support customers with installation and maintenance of Agilent and multi-vendor systems.
• Focus on Agilent Gas chromatography (GC) systems.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and advise on configurations.
• Travel frequently (60%+), valid driver’s license required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end-user of Agilent GC systems.
• Experience with chromatography solutions is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel frequently and valid driver’s license.
• Passport and U.S. visa are desirable.
