Overview

As a Schedule Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction through effective scheduling and communication.

In Short

  • Manage high volume phone calls and emails.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues.
  • Schedule installation, repair, and maintenance services.
  • Prioritize customer response times.
  • Build relationships with internal business partners.
  • Coordinate with engineers and service partners.
  • Experience in SAP/CRM environments preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and intermediate English.

Requirements

  • Minimum undergraduate degree, preferably in a scientific or technical field.
  • Experience in coordinating and scheduling services.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese.
  • TOEIC score of 500 or above is desirable.
  • Experience in vendor quotations and invoice processing is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive in managing resource shortages.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
