In Short

• Manage client and provider rescheduling needs.
• Ensure accurate usage of billable and non-billable codes.
• Identify trends with clinician and family cancellations.
• Input client and staff scheduling changes with high attention to detail.
• Oversee staffing substitutions and ensure coverage.
• Support payroll functions and conduct timesheet audits.
• Provide superior communication to all stakeholders.
• Steward new processes and execute innovative scheduling practices.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and clinical staff.
• Proficient in CentralReach and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with healthcare settings.
• Experience with ABA and Autism services preferred.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain client privacy per HIPAA guidelines.
