Regional Director, Clinical Operations - Remote

Overview

The Regional Director, Clinical Operations (RDCO) is a mission-driven, cross-functional leader responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of an assigned region of ABA clinics. This role drives service excellence, develops local clinic leaders, and ensures high-quality outcomes for clients and families.

• Oversee clinical performance of assigned clinics.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based ABA services.
• Provide guidance and support to clinical leaders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification in good standing.
• 5+ years experience as a BCBA.
• 3 years experience leading clinic operations.
• 3 years experience supervising BCBAs or Clinic Directors.
• 3 years experience in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• 1+ years experience leading across multiple clinic sites.
• Fluency in Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Must reside in North Carolina or neighboring state.
