Overview

The Field Service Engineer at Alcon is responsible for providing technical advice, commissioning, installing, and testing medical devices in the field, primarily in Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a technical role.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience with ServiceMax or other CRM tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in high-pressure environments.
