Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, and networking products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 1-2+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification and/or license may be required.

• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking products is a plus.
