Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer provides customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems, while ensuring compliance with service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience with laboratory equipment repair.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Technical critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to listen to and interpret client requests.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
• Ability to travel as business requires.
• Ability to work under time constraints and maintain safety.
