Overview

The Sr. Technical Support Specialist will serve as a primary technical contact for PerkinElmer Atomic Spectroscopy products, providing remote support and diagnostics to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, or related field.
• Five years of experience in a support or analytical environment.
• Experience with atomic spectroscopy technologies (AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS).
• Strong technical knowledge of product lines.
• Ability to apply critical-thinking skills to technical problems.
• Proficiency in standard computing tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certification or equivalent experience with PerkinElmer products preferred.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
