Field Service Engineer 1 - Remote

Overview

The Field Engineer I is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and assisting in troubleshooting and repair of medical equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft products.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Good hand and finger dexterity required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to engage with customers and identify sales leads.
• Physical ability to perform the job functions effectively.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Completion of drug screen may be required.
