The Scaled Customer Success Associate will work with Public Safety clients to maximize their usage and satisfaction with Motorola's CommandCenter Software products, ensuring effective adoption and support for agencies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.
  • Ability to learn complex software quickly.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Commitment to understanding public safety best practices.
  • Ability to build relationships in cross-functional environments.
  • Adaptability to new situations and challenges.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
