Director of Retention - Remote

Overview

mindbodygreen is looking for a Director of Retention to own and scale the lifecycle for our fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement business, focusing on reducing churn and increasing lifetime value.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end subscription retention strategy
• Optimize the full subscriber lifecycle
• Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap
• Design segmentation strategies based on various data points
• Own all retention-focused flows in Klaviyo
• Partner with content teams to develop retention content
• Drive cross-sell and upsell revenue
• Conduct regular cohort analysis
• Build and lead a high-performing retention team
• Collaborate with product and operations on packaging and fulfillment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing
• Proven track record in reducing churn in DTC subscription business
• Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Strong analytical skills with cohort analysis experience
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with referral and loyalty program design
