Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, primarily with Meta.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager with a focus on campaign structure and audience segmentation.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize ad spend effectively.
• Experience with incrementality tools and external agency management.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
