Freelance Brand Strategist / Integrated Marketer - Remote

Overview

mindbodygreen is looking for a freelance Brand Strategist / Integrated Marketer to support our brand strategy and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, or advertising.

In Short

• Work closely with the Marketing Director of Brand Strategy to craft compelling RFP proposals and proactive, brand-led opportunities that align with mindbodygreen’s mission and audience.
• Support the development of strategic brand partnerships, ensuring seamless storytelling and alignment with client objectives.
• Assist in concepting and packaging integrated marketing programs, translating brand objectives into compelling, multi-platform campaigns across digital, social, events, audio, newsletters & more.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform brand positioning and partnership insights.
• Lead RFP submissions, and client-facing materials, ensuring clear, strategic, and persuasive messaging.
• Collaborate across teams to help bring big ideas to execution, working closely with sales, branded content, and creative.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing or advertising.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
• Excellent writing and deck-building skills (experience with Google Slides and PPT a plus).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
