Overview

mindbodygreen is seeking a Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead core regulatory compliance and scientific oversight across our dietary supplement portfolio, focusing on core regulatory compliance, label governance, claim substantiation, and quality oversight.

In Short

• Lead regulatory compliance and scientific oversight for dietary supplements.
• Review and approve product labels and packaging artwork.
• Ensure compliance with FDA labeling regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Conduct regulatory reviews of marketing claims and educational content.

• Support cross-functional teams in translating research into compliant language.
• Assist with adverse event documentation as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in regulatory or scientific affairs in dietary supplements.
• Deep knowledge of DSHEA and FDA labeling requirements.
• Experience substantiating structure/function claims.
• Strong ability to interpret clinical research and regulatory guidance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
