Nightfall is the AI-native, unified data loss prevention and insider risk management platform that protects sensitive data across SaaS apps, GenAI tools, email, endpoint devices, and more. We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own pipeline creation at Nightfall - someone who can understand how modern security buyers think, where demand actually forms, and how to convert that into revenue.

In Short

• Own pipeline as a number with net-new qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
• Build the growth engine from zero, scaling core growth channels.
• Translate technical shifts into compelling demand hooks.
• Own and scale paid acquisition across various platforms.
• Identify and partner with security influencers for distribution.
• Run a disciplined experimentation system for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain clear attribution from campaign to revenue.
• Operate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
• Deliver measurable pipeline contribution with clean attribution.
• Become a key voice in how Nightfall takes its message to market.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in B2B growth, demand gen, or acquisition.
• Proven track record of owning and hitting pipeline targets.
• Experience building demand engines from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with ABM and enterprise GTM motions.
• Fluent in attribution, funnel metrics, and performance analysis.
• Comfortable owning dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
