Technical Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) is a customer-facing technical role responsible for deploying, supporting, and optimizing Nightfall’s platform across enterprise and mid-market customers.

In Short

• Lead customer deployments and onboarding engagements.
• Design and implement custom policies and detectors.
• Deliver administrator training and workshops.
• Build and support custom technical solutions.
• Install, configure, and integrate the Nightfall platform.
• Perform policy tuning and capacity planning.
• Conduct recurring health checks.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues related to policy logic and integrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Hands-on experience with security or data platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with APIs and SaaS architectures.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience managing multiple customer engagements concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
