Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Renewals or Customer Success.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity space; MSP experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
