As the Director of Revenue Operations at Gorgias, you will lead the RevOps team to drive strategic initiatives and enhance organizational efficiency, directly contributing to revenue goals.

  • Evaluate new product launches for improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a B2B environment.
  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company and E-Commerce is preferred.
  • Proven track record in optimizing revenue operations.
  • Strong proficiency in GTM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
