In Short

  • We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to own the processes and infrastructure that empower Go-To-Market teams.
  • This role will manage the GTM tech stack and optimize the pipeline process from lead generation to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership on critical process and tooling needs.
  • Own and optimize sales technology stack, including CRM tools.
  • Use data to optimize customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention.
  • Develop forecasting models to provide insights to executive leadership.
  • Set rules of engagement across sales teams.
  • Manage the process for tracking and paying sales commissions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue or sales operations.
  • Experience managing systems operations projects end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively.
  • Experience with CRM automation tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.
