Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web applications as a designer, engineer, or PM.
• 2+ years as a PM in startup environments.
• Excellent product intuition and design judgment.
• Technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Ability to manage uncertainty and make decisive calls.
• Empathy for users and outstanding communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills in a documentation-first culture.
• Desire to work autonomously and drive work.
• High empathy for teammates and users.
