Overview

As a Senior Product Manager – Banking at Wayflyer, you will lead the development of banking experiences, working closely with various teams to enhance financial products for merchants.

• Lead the development of banking experiences including account creation and transaction flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and external partners to deliver modern banking solutions.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to go-to-market.
• Define success metrics and ensure accountability for product outcomes.
• Work with Data and Risk teams to build smarter controls.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams for product positioning and adoption tracking.
• Conduct structured discovery and validation processes for product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback.
• Drive strategic roadmap execution for the Banking product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management of financial products.
• Strong understanding of banking and payments in a B2B context.
• Experience with BaaS or embedded finance providers is a plus.
• Proven track record in driving product adoption.
• Self-starter mindset with a bias for action.
• User-driven mindset focused on customer impact.
• Analytical skills with product instincts.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
