Director of Revenue Operations - Remote

Overview

As the Director of Revenue Operations at Vanta, you’ll be a strategic leader driving efficiency, visibility, and scale across Vanta’s go-to-market (GTM) engine. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to optimize our revenue processes, ensure data-driven decision-making, and accelerate growth.

• Develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operators.
• Identify and execute initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and strategies.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee all GTM processes including forecasting and operating cadence.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to align goals and measure results.
• Build and own our GTM operating cadence for actionable insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or related GTM function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Builder’s mindset for designing and optimizing GTM processes.
• Passion for enabling teams and driving operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
