Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, particularly in talent/change management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proficient in project and change management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within EurAsia (up to 10%).
