  • Experience in tender management and bid processes.
  • Ability to develop decision support tools for asset management.
  • Experience in highways, rail, or aviation sectors preferred.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to oversee project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to manage junior staff.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and market engagement.
