• Provide oversight on strategic and quality inputs for existing client projects to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate legal requirements to ensure all contracts are compliant.
• Offer high-level strategic advice and guidance to clients, often leading complex, high-stakes projects.
• Deliver engaging presentations and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in client management and business development.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient at creating compelling presentations and slide decks.
• Ability to mentor and elevate team performance and competencies.
• Proficient understanding of cloud technology services and solutions with hyperscalers such as AWS & GCP.
• Expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.
