Financial Consultant – Global Commercial Organization - Remote

Overview

As a Financial Consultant, you will provide financial and strategic support to the Global Customer Training & Education and Global Commercial Training pillars in Global Commercial Operations.

In Short

• Lead cost center and project budgets and headcount management.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and budget builds.
• Prepare and present results using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Drive business partner organization structure implementation.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Comply with policies and governmental regulations.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Interact with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Provide guidance and coaching to other employees.
• Manage large, moderately complex initiatives.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Mastery level knowledge of specialty area.
• Deep knowledge of project management preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact with executive leadership.
• Experience in financial analysis and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies.
