Overview

The Strategic Planning & Risk Insights Senior Associate will lead efforts to evolve Enterprise and Operational Risk programs through automated data solutions and advanced analytics, providing real-time visibility into risks.

In Short

  • Develop and implement dynamic risk models aligned with ERM strategy.
  • Architect and maintain live dashboards and key risk indicators.
  • Design APIs and live data integrations for risk data consolidation.
  • Apply advanced data analysis and AI modeling techniques.
  • Support identification and prioritization of enterprise-wide risks.
  • Manage medium- to large-scale projects ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk management.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years.
  • Proven technical data skills and experience with risk management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Change management experience.
  • Self-directed work style with strong initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
