Overview

The Strategy & Planning Associate will support high-impact business decisions through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic insights, directly influencing AirDNA’s growth strategy and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Analyze large datasets using SQL to generate insights.
• Develop Excel-based financial models for planning and performance tracking.
• Support leadership in setting KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Learn AirDNA’s tools and systems to be an effective partner.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a data-driven analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Passion for fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
• Proactive mindset for thriving in high-growth settings.
