In Short

• You will work cross functionally with internal and external Oscar stakeholders.
• Represent the needs and interests of the department in company-wide initiatives.
• Drive collaboration and ensure every member feels valued and supported.
• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects.
• Evaluate overall departmental performance using data and metrics.
• Mentor team members and promote colleagues’ growth.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy/operations/program management.
• 2+ years of experience in leading end-to-end projects.
• Experience analyzing data and using metrics for program improvements.

• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel and SQL.
