Training & Enablement Associate - Remote

Overview

The Training & Enablement Associate will help onboard, develop, train and coach core Revenue roles, while managing training resources and partnering with leaders on strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Deliver a 5-week training program for new hires in Revenue roles.
• Build onboarding curriculums and prepare for new hires.
• Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences.
• Host coaching sessions on soft skills.
• Administer and grade assessments and activities.
• Improve content and resource management.
• Assess the impact of the onboarding program.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives and coaching requests.
• Monitor and upgrade core content for the revenue team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales training experience.
• Experience building and facilitating training programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes.
• Experience with sales tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Experience with content management tools.
• Outstanding audience engagement skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment.
• Ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Passion for coaching and role plays.
