Overview

The Principal Motion Designer at Medtronic will lead the creation of engaging motion graphics for global communications campaigns, contributing to healthcare access and equity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Associate's Degree with 8+ years or Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years experience preferred.
• Five years of agency/in-house experience in motion design preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Strong understanding of brand style guides.
• Ability to create innovative designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
