Requirements

• 8+ years designing consumer-facing software.
• Experience in social or reading and writing platforms.
• Track record of driving complex systems design at scale.
• Ability to navigate urgency and ambiguity.
• Strong design sensibilities and UX/UI execution skills.
• Prototyping skills in Figma or code.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong desire for product impact through designs.
• Comfort navigating data and UX metrics.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
