As a Community Manager at Medium, you will nurture a vibrant community of writers and readers, managing programs and fostering engagement both on and off the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of community management experience.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Experience in managing online communities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Passion for building connections in digital spaces.
• Experience with the Medium community is a plus.
