Community Manager - Remote

Overview

The Community Manager at Refinery at Pointe17 is responsible for leading marketing efforts for a luxury property, coordinating with team members, and managing resident activities.

In Short

• Lead marketing for a Class A, luxury property.
• Coordinate with team members on reports and paperwork.
• Inspect property for policy violations and needed repairs.
• Complete bi-monthly market surveys.
• Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly leasing reports.
• Analyze leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and implement resident activities.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Communicate effectively with staff and residents.
• Assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience as Community Manager preferred.
• Experience with Class A properties preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license required.
• College diploma preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
