Community Manager - Remote

Overview

SimpleClosure is seeking a Community Manager to directly support our partnerships team and help elevate our brand’s presence nationwide. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our community-building efforts, curating and executing memorable events that bring together key players in the startup and legal ecosystems.

In Short

• Organize and host small dinners, lunch-and-learn sessions, and networking events across the country.
• Plan and coordinate our participation in industry conferences and tech weeks.
• Cultivate relationships with founders, lawyers, and VCs.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time for company events and conferences.
• Manage the design, ordering, and distribution of branded swag and thoughtful gifts.
• Work closely with the partnerships team to align event strategies with marketing goals.
• Handle event budgets, vendor relationships, and all logistics.
• Track event success and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-7 years in field marketing, event planning, or a related role.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• A knack for designing memorable experiences on a budget.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet.
• Strong team player who thrives on cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
