As an Equity Analyst, Legal Operations at SimpleClosure, you’ll serve as the in-house expert on equity structures during the business shutdown process, analyzing complex cap tables and guiding clients through sensitive transitions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in equity operations or legal/financial analysis.
• Customer-facing experience in onboarding or client success.
• Comfort reading and interpreting legal and financial documents.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High digital literacy with SaaS platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
