In Short

• Support legal operations with complex aspects of the shutdown experience.
• Advise customer success team on sensitive legal questions.
• Assist sales and partnership team with technical legal inquiries.
• Provide legal support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate legal requirements into product policies and workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design teams for legal compliance.
• Engage with regulators on business-dissolution laws.
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Develop internal best practices and training aligned with legal standards.

Requirements

• JD (US law license, active or in-good-standing).
• 3+ years legal experience, preferably in legal-tech or compliance.
• Strong understanding of corporate dissolution and fintech regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for regulatory concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong drafting skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
