Overview

We are seeking a Product Counsel who will be a key legal partner to our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams at Welltech, ensuring our products remain trusted and legally sound across global markets.

In Short

• Advise on legal matters related to product development and user experience.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and marketing teams for legal guidance.
• Review sign-up flows, cancellation processes, and monetization models.
• Monitor global regulations and translate them into compliance strategies.
• Help shape and scale legal processes and risk frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks early in the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (EU or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decisions.
• Skilled at providing practical legal advice under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with global subscription models and health tech is a plus.
