Requirements

• Experience with AI integration in work processes.
• Current member of a U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• 4+ years of product counseling experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions.
• Ability to investigate and understand new issues and technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology industry issues.
• Strong team-player orientation.
• High level of professionalism and innovative legal approach.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization skills.
