In Short

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts for all business functions.
• Provide legal advice to support business partners across the company.
• Contribute to Vetcove’s privacy program.
• Develop and maintain terms of service and other customer-facing documentation.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with new features and product launches.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop legal strategies.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 4-8 years of legal experience focused on technology and product counseling.
• Strong background in commercial contracting and tech transactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and practical legal advice skills.
