As the Community Manager, you will join People Can Fly, contributing directly to its mission of creating sustainable and successful GaaS products. You will craft and execute impactful strategies that foster a thriving player community, enhance player engagement, and address the unique challenges of managing live gaming environments.

In Short

  • Drive growth, engagement, and success of the community for an upcoming GaaS title.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance player engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, live services, production, and development teams.
  • Manage community-related assets and integrate player feedback into development.
  • Produce community-focused content and manage social media presence.
  • Analyze data and trends to improve community engagement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Test game builds to understand player experiences.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product at events.
  • Support team members and ensure alignment with community vision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management.
  • Expertise across social platforms and community management tools.
  • Strong managerial skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for video games and knowledge of industry trends.
