Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of senior IT leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of business measurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prosci Certification in Organization Change Management.
• Experience as a technology change agent.
• People leadership and development experience.
• Creation of proposals and RFP responses.
• MBA is a plus.
• Executive presence and business acumen.
